Leveraging partnerships to grow your business
The Leading Edge Retail partnership program is an extension of the loyalty card initiative, helping to increase brand awareness and attract new customers to all participating stores nationwide. To create a community, 41% of consumers think partnerships and sponsorships with other organisations is a service that retailers should provide. It’s also a way you can grow your brand awareness by leveraging off the brand trust and recognition of organisations that are potentially larger than your own.
By partnering with national third-party providers, we are equipped with powerful opportunities to reach over a million potential shoppers in exchange for a 5% discount on products and services offered by participating Member stores through the loyalty card. Shoppers are encouraged to shop locally across all participating Local Like Us Member stores.
The customers of organisations in the affiliation partnership program receive a 5% discount on selected products when they shop at any Local Like Us business across the Leading Edge Retail community and show their affiliation program membership card. This value exchange increases your store’s brand awareness and attracts customers to your shop who may not have been aware of your existence before.

3. Leading Edge Retail Loyalty Club Program Changes
3.1 Leading Edge Retail may at any time make changes to the Terms, Benefits, or Rewards at its sole discretion. 3.2 Leading Edge Retail will provide at least 30 days notice on the Leading Edge Retail website prior to any material changes to these Terms, Rewards or Benefits offered.
4. Termination and Transfer
4.1 Leading Edge Retail may in its discretion, suspend, change or terminate the participation by you in the Program if Leading Edge Retail reasonably believes that you have:
Breached these Terms; or
Engaged in or may engage in fraudulent conduct, or conduct that is suspected to be fraudulent, in relation to your Leading Edge Retail Loyalty Club account; or
Engaged in or may engage in inappropriate conduct that undermines the legitimate interest of Leading Edge Retail (e.g. theft from an Leading Edge Retail store)
4.2 Where Leading Edge Retail intends to terminate your Leading Edge Retail Loyalty Card program account, Leading Edge Retail will provide you with written notice of such termination and you will have 14 days to rectify the breach (where possible) and/or advise Leading Edge Retail in writing as to why your Leading Edge Retail Loyalty Card program account should not be terminated. Leading Edge Retail will review any response you provide and will advise you of its decision. You may terminate your participation in the Leading Edge Retail Loyalty Card Program at any time by providing written notice to Leading Edge Retail at Leading Edge Retail, PO Box 1234, Chatswood, NSW or changes can be made directly via www.leadingedgegroup.com.au. On receiving notification of termination from you, your Leading Edge Retail Loyalty Card program account will be recorded on the Leading Edge Retail database as closed. You will no longer receive communications from Leading Edge Retail once your account is closed. 4.3 Leading Edge Retail may terminate the Program at any time by providing at least 30 days prior notice on the Leading Edge Retail website.
5. General Information
5.1 You are solely responsible for any government tax, duty or other charge imposed by law in any country in respect of the Leading Edge Retail Loyalty Card Program, your participation in the Leading Edge Retail Loyalty Card program, any Leading Edge Retail Rewards issued or any other transaction within the Leading Edge Retail Loyalty Card Program. 5.2 Any failure or delay by Leading Edge Retail in exercising its rights under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any waiver by Leading Edge Retail must be in writing and signed by an authorised officer of Leading Edge Retail. 5.3 Except as provided in any law, which cannot lawfully be excluded or modified by agreement, Leading Edge Retail does not accept any liability whatsoever including for negligent acts and omissions, with respect to the Leading Edge Retail Loyalty Card program. 5.4 Leading Edge Retail may provide notice to Leading Edge Retail Loyalty Card Program Members on the Leading Edge Retail website, by advertisement in a newspaper circulating throughout Australia, online, in writing by post, via email, SMS or Push Notification (where appropriate). 5.5 Where Leading Edge Retail gives you notice by post, you agree that, unless otherwise stated in these Terms, the notice is deemed to have been provided to you: on the date of actual receipt of the notice or on the date it would have been delivered in the ordinary course of post, on the date of email, whichever occurs first; provided it is sent to the last known address, email address, mobile number Leading Edge Retail has for you in connection with the program.
