Chief Executive Officer

Charlie has extensive experience in category management, buying and trading. Charlie moved from the UK to Australia and has previously worked with BIGW, Optus and Camera House

Leah McCarthy

General Manager – Memberships

Leah is the backbone of the group, having been with us for nearly 15 years. Her years of experience and expertise in relationship management ensures that the group thrives and survives internally and externally. Leah’s role sees her wear many hats and plays an integral part in several aspects of the business and it’s success.

Gavan Porter

Chief Financial Officer

Gavan is an experienced strategic and commercial financial manager and leader. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia recognising 20 years' experience in accounting and finance and over 10 years in senior executive experience in commercial accounting roles.

Cameron Harvey

General Manager – Technology

With over 15 years of experience in consumer electronics and a passion for home appliances, Cameron’s vast experience in business strategy, direction and management means he’s seen it all. Cameron always keeps members and their communities at the forefront when it comes to making decisions to ensure growth and longevity in independent retailers.
