What is the trial period?

There is a 6-month minimum term that covers 3 months of training and onboarding, and 3 months trial of our e-commerce support services.  

I have an e-commerce website. Will this help me?

Definitely. Our services are structured to support you no matter where you are in your e-commerce journey.  You get to choose services where you need help on so you can be sure that you get the support that’s right for you and your business. 

What is the billing schedule?

How do I know which plan is right for me?

The Starter plan is designed for any e-commerce store with less than $15,000 in sales every month while our Expert plan is perfect for those getting more than $15,000 in sales and need more advanced resources. Both plans offer one-on-one support and the ability to pick and choose services that are suitable to your business needs.  

Can I cancel my plan anytime?

There is a minimum 6-month commitment for our services. This is enough time for us to gather data and optimise strategies based on results. After 6 months, you will have the option to opt out. If you choose to do so, you can keep your e-commerce store by paying the $399 annual renewal fee for Members and $1,299 for non-members.
