Current Vacancies
Member Services (Marketing) Co-ordinator

To successfully manage the development, delivery and usage of LET programs, activities and services for members and end customers. To work with manager and team to ensure best program, activity and service suite to suit member and customer needs.  Pro-actively manage LET services delivered to members including where applicable product sourcing, management, design, production, ordering, delivery and member billing. Services include but are not limited to corporate merchandise, conferences, non trade benefits etc.

Manage member participation in group advertising & promotional initiatives (such as the catalogue program) as required, including promotion, design, production, ordering, billing, delivery. Manage the LET VIP Service Pack program from end to end, including supplier liaison, product design & management, member take up and sell through, billing and promotion. Manage the Telstra CCA program for LET Group including interface with Telstra. Oversee and co-ordinate member activity, compliance, reporting.

Demonstrable experience in trade marketing or in a similar role Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline is preferred, appropriate experience may be an acceptable substitute. Excellent communication skills at all levels across peer, member, supplier and media/agency spectrums.

Base Salary paid weekly, plus super. Other staff benefits such as Gym membership apply. Remuneration reviews will be conducted annually in July.

TELESALES CONSULTANTS

We are looking for keen, positive, energetic and bubbly sales persons who work well in a team environment. The suitable candidates must be able to follow instructions and not be phone shy. You must be able to communicate on all levels and be a strong closer who believes in uncovering customers needs to find suitable products for each individual. Sales experience preferred but not essential as on the job training will be provided. Basic computer skills are essential.

Operations & Processing (LET)

We are looking for a bright, bubbly and enthusiastic person to work in an energetic and fun environment. You will be a part of a tight knit six person team, focusing on supporting a Sales Team of 15 people.

Your role will include:

Developing processes for Telecommunication Product Sales

Using Accounting, Telstra & Point of Sale Systems to fulfill orders

Tracking orders to ensure a satisfactory completion is achieved

A strong diligence towards your job, streamlining processes to achieve the most efficient method of achieving your monthly target

Prerequisites:
A background knowledge of Telstra Systems, Point of Sale Systems, Invoicing and a generally pleasant phone manner would place you in high recognition for this role.

Leading Edge Telecoms is recognized as a key Partner, and the largest Dealer for Telstra in Australia. You will be working at the Leading Edge Group Head Office in Gordon, Sydney.
